The Indiana Dept of Education approved Smithsonian Science for the Classroom™ (K-2) as High-Quality Curricular Materials (HQCM). Smithsonian Science for the Classroom was developed by the Smithsonian Science Education Center and published by Carolina Biological Supply Company. Smithsonian Science for the Classroom delivers three-dimensional learning and assessment that achieves positive results in the classroom. These high-quality instructional materials received an All-Green rating from EdReports and have been proven to raise standardized test scores in science, reading and math.
